Booking Terms

Price to include electric, gas, bedding and bath towels.

Dates will be marked as booked upon receipt of deposit of £200.00

 Minimum 5 night stay with a Saturday changeover day.


STRICTLY NO SMOKING, VAPING OR PETS.


BOOKING:- A booking form will be emailed to you for your completion. On receipt of the deposit the booking will be confirmed on the website.

The balance must reach us 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If we do not receive payment in full then we will presume you no longer want to continue with the reservation and therefore the cottage will be re-let.

If the booking is made within 6 weeks of your arrival date then payment must be made in full. All monies paid are non-refundable unless due to Covid-19 restrictions.


COVID-19 POLICY.  If the UK government enforces a national lockdown and we are unable to honour your booking then we will offer a full refund or you can amend your dates for when travel is permitted again. For all other circumstances we advise that you purchase holiday insurance to cover any cancellation made by yourselves..


OCCUPANCY:- The cottage is offered on the understanding that no more that the maximum number of 4 people are to use it.


CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:- We ask that our guests respect our cottage and leave it as you would wish to find it. In order that the property can be prepared for the next guests please ensure that it is cleaned and vacated by 9:30 am prompt on the morning of departure. (Cleaning materials, black refuse bags and a hoover are provided in the cottage).


LIABILITY:- The owners of these self catering cottages accept no responsibility for damage or loss howsoever caused to your possessions or other property.


ARRIVALS & DEPARTURE:- Arrival from 3 p.m. – Departure by 9:30 a.m.

 What information do we collect?

The Hollens Farm Cottage website collates such information as the IP address (location of your computer on the internet), what pages were accessed and file downloads from the site. Monitoring of such information helps us determine the activity on the website and which pages are most commonly accessed etc. This information is used to develop and improve our services online to customers. Additionally, in the event of a breach of security this information may be used to aid detection. Please note that the Website currently does not make use of cookies.

Within our website there are certain areas which require you to submit personal information within a form, such as making an enquiry, these are necessary to allow us to service your requirements. This information may include name, address, email address and country of residence.


How is personal data secured?

We do not take credit card information so no financial transactions nor data is conducted via the web. Any personal information held is stored on a password protected data base for a maximum of 3 years.


 Do we share personal details?

Hollens Farm Cottage has a policy to not provide your personal data to any third parties other than dedicated customer service providers.

Information will be shared by you with our bank during normal banking arrangements when payments are made to us.

We do provide free Wi-Fi connection in Hollens Farm Cottage on a standard rolling service. It is your own responsibility to ensure you read Plusnets own Privacy Policy and it is also your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient internet security software protection on any devices used.
